ABOUT THE TUTORS

Andrew Cox has been studying plants since 1994 and became a member of the National Institute of Herbal Medicine in 2000. He learned the medicine of plant spirits with Eliot Cowan a shaman in the Huichol tradition. Andrew practices in Stroud. He is also an initiated Fire Keeper in the Huichol tradition working with the spirit of fire.

Tilia Tsau is a practising medical herbalist and cranial sacral therapist specialising in women's and babies' health. She has studied with a variety of shamanic healers including Eliot Cowan , Malidoma Some and Victor Santos and is also an initiated Fire Keeper.

Saskia Marjoram has lived in Gloucestershire and worked with flowers most of her life. She is a talented florist who also grows her own naturally grown flowers, she believes strongly that flowers are food for the soul.

Christine Felce is a qualified homeopath having studied and practiced in both London & Calcutta. She currently works as a filmmaker and is a keen natural gardener who has been interested in the healing power of plants since she was a child.

Davina Wynne-Jones has turned to horticulture and herbalism late in life although her study of herbs has been life long.   Davina   began making herbal concoctions for her own use in the 1970's. Her mother, Rosemary Verey, started collecting early English herbals at the same time and Davina spent much time studying them. Her interest was renewed when she qualified and worked as a masseuse in the 1990's - her massage practice included aromatherapy oils and bach flower essences. She is now interested in how she can enhance her massage oils with the plants that she grows herself and is enjoying surrounding herself with plants that have been around on the planet for so long, with so much they can teach us. Davina completed a two year shamanic healing course with Peter Aziz in Devon in 2004 and has an on going interest in plant spirit work
